Job Summary:

• The Business Intelligence role is to strategically design and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users. The Business Intelligences also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support functions and in-depth testing. • The Business Intelligence is responsible for defining the needs of key stakeholders as they relate to information reporting, analysis, and distribution, and then using the resources of the Business Intelligence Group to deliver solutions that meet or exceed these expectations. Through the strategic use of information, this position will help create competitive advantages for the Company.


1. Communication-excellent communication skills with the business community.
2. Provide business and technical solutions to different business applications.
3. Delivery of projects / issues / tasks within the expected time frame of the reviewed time frame with manager and customer base and with the expected quality or above the expected quality.
4. Report projects / issues / tasks; detail of activities during the daily, weekly and/or monthly operations as requested by manager.
5. Follow up; expected ownership and accountability of projects / issues / tasks. Summarization of meeting, minute meetings, updated schedules, updated status reports within a timely matter.
6. Manage the resources of the Business Intelligence Group to execute business plans and develop processes designed to achieve the Company’s Objective.
7. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
8. Work with client personnel to identify required changes.
9. Prioritize independently, multiple requests and system requirements to meet the organizational goals.
10. Monitor the daily reporting process.
11. Perform investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility.
12. Study the feasibility of the data transfers between prospect and our client.
13. Initiate and monitor all change requests from business so as to ensure timely and accurate dispositions.
14. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned management.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Required Skills:

•Negotiation/contract management of external suppliers • Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written) • Planning and organizing skills
